Resourcing Circle has recently launched the first software tool in the UK (and to my knowledge globally) that is aimed at helping in-house recruiters create resource pools of reviewed contractors and temps.
The software automates the process of capturing reviews from the temps’ managers and co-workers. It also provides contractors and temps with online access to update their CVs so that recruiters have access to up to date information. This means that when looking for a temporary resource Recruiters can search their resource pool by rating, skill type or experience, to find contractors who meet their quality threshold. This enables companies to reuse the best contractors and avoid rehiring those who perform poorly. Ultimately, this will enable companies to reduce their spending on recruitment agency fees.
